Writing Against the Curriculum
I am working on developing a collection with Rachel Riedner here at G-dub for a series on Cultural Studies, Pedagogy, and Activism being considered by Rowman and Littlefield. The collection seeks to challange the idea of disciplinarity, and particularly looks to cultural studies and the composition classroom as sites from which to enact such a critique.
My working title (or at least the title I thought of today) is "Writing Against the Curriculum: Pre-, Multi-, Inter- and Anti-Disciplinarity in the Writing Classroom."
I'm working on a CFP and short proposal over Spring break (along with about a dozen other things), and if you're interested in submitting something based on compelling work you're doing in the composition classroom, you should let me know soon by emailing me at my last name at G W U dot e d u.
